Welby is a small, quiet spot just west of Mittagong, with a mix of family homes, rentals and small rural blocks. Gardens, sheds and nearby open land give pests easy access, especially once the weather cools down.
We look after homes and businesses right across Welby. Every job gets the same thorough inspection, a clear explanation of what we find and a treatment that suits the property.
These are the pests we’re called out for most around Welby.
Redbacks in garages, sheds and outdoor furniture, and black house spiders on window frames.
Rodents moving into roofs and sheds in winter, treated with locked bait stations.
Welby’s mix of homes, sheds and open land means rats and mice are quick to move in once the nights get cold.
When the nights turn cold, rats and mice move into roof voids, wall cavities, sheds and garages looking for warmth and food. We use locked, tamper-resistant bait stations that are safer around kids and pets, and we show you where they’re getting in so you can seal up entry points and stop them coming back.
Garages, sheds and garden furniture around Welby are favourite spots for redbacks.
Redbacks like sheds, outdoor furniture and garden edging, black house spiders web up around windows and eaves, and white-tails roam inside at night. Our treatments cover the inside and outside of the home, with extra attention on eaves, window frames, subfloors and outbuildings.
Welby has a good number of rental homes, and landlords and agents need pest control that’s simple to book and well documented.
We work with landlords, agents and holiday rental owners on routine treatments, end-of-lease flea treatments and annual termite inspections. You get clear written reports for your records, and we’re happy to work around tenants and guests.
